    pYES6/CT的是一個5.8 kb的載體,設計用來在釀酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)中誘導表達重組蛋白。

    該載體包含以下元素:

    1. 酵母GAL1啟動子,能夠在釀酒酵母中被半乳糖高水平的誘導蛋白表達目的蛋白,同時能夠被葡萄糖抑制表達

    2.多克隆位點可以使用的10個限制酶切位點,和兩個BstX I酶切位點,便于基因插入。

    3.氨芐抗性基因能夠方便在大腸桿菌中的進行載體篩選。

    4.殺稻瘟菌素(Blasticidin)抗性基因能夠方便在大腸桿菌和酵母中的進行載體篩選。

    5. 載體C端編碼V5抗原表位和His純化標簽,便于蛋白純化和western blot檢測。

    6. 在酵母中,利用載體上的2μ復制子維持質粒的高拷貝。
